PA Department of Health is now using Vaccines.gov as the mapping source to help individuals find a location where they can get vaccinated.  Individual searching for a vaccine can choose between locations with the Moderna, Pfizer and Johnson & Johnson vaccines.

Individuals in this situation have several phone resource options for assistance with COVID-19 vaccines:

  • PA Health Hotline 1-877-724-3258
  • Persevere PA 1-855-284-2494. Crisis hotline addressing mental impacts of COVID-19, which can also assist callers finding a healthcare provider to administer vaccine when their corresponding phase arrives.
  • Deaf/Hard of Hearing Individuals may contact PA Relay Services by dialing 711.

The Office of Developmental Programs, PA Developmental Disabilities Council, Temple Institute on Disabilities, and Rite Aid have partnered to provide COVID-19 vaccines to individuals with an intellectual disability, developmental disability or autism and their caregivers at Rite Aid stores across the Commonwealth. There is a call center to support scheduling appointments.
