INVITATION TO BID
Sealed bids will be received in the Office of the Westmoreland County Controller, 2 North Main Street, Suite 111, Greensburg, PA 15601, until 2:00 P.M. on November 8, 2017 for Dual Purpose Paper for Westmoreland County. Bids shall be publicly opened and read aloud at 2:15 P.M. that day in the Commissioners’ Meeting Room #101.
The County Commissioners reserve the right to reject any or all bids.
An original and two copies of the complete Bid must be submitted in a sealed envelope, and addressed to the Westmoreland County Controller and clearly marked on the outside of the envelope with the Bidder’s name and address and the designation:
BID: DUAL PURPOSE PAPER FOR WESTMORELAND COUNTY
Each bid must be accompanied by a certified, good faith check drawn upon a bank authorized to do business in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, cashier’s check, or by a bid bond with corporate surety, in the amount of ten present (10%) of the total bid price.
Interested bidders must obtain specifications via Westmoreland County Website (www.co.westmoreland.pa.us , Keyword “Bids”) or by contacting the Controller’s Office via one of the other options listed below.
LATE PROPOSALS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED OR CONSIDERED.
YOU MUST FOLLOW ALL INSTRUCTIONS ON THE ATTACHED SET OF BID SPECIFICATIONS. FAILURE TO DO SO MAY RESULT IN YOUR BID BEING DISQUALIFIED.
