My business is in a category allowed to maintain in-person operations, or I was granted an exemption, what should I do to keep employees safe?

All businesses in all industries and sectors of the economy (including non-profit entities) in the Commonwealth, which are permitted to conduct in-person operations, are required to strictly adhere to the requirements of the Guidance for Businesses Permitted to operate During the COVID-19 Disaster Emergency to Ensure the Safety and Health of Employees and the Public, which is attached to this FAQ as a PDF document, unless they are otherwise more stringently regulated under separate industry-specific guidance.
