How do I appeal a district judge judgment for a landlord / tenant judgment for possession?
Individuals have 10 days from the date the judgment is entered to file an appeal if they wish to stay in the property. A bond is required at the time of filing the appeal, which consists of the money amount in arrears or three months rent, whichever is less.
