Cedar Creek is a great park to enjoy outdoor activities but it is missing a feature that many other parks in the surrounding counties have. A skate park! This would be a great addition to continue to keep the community active. There are tons of talented individuals in the area and some who are looking to find their next hidden skill but do not have the proper means and convience. The closest skatepark to the Belle Vernon area is in Allegheny County, which can be a hassle to get to for some people. If a skatepark were to be built in Cedar Creek this would be a terrific addition to our community and allow for its individuals to remain active and possibly discover a new talent.
