Help shape the future of public transportation

Westmoreland County has some amazing places, but it’s not always easy to get to them. The Southwestern Pennsylvania Commission, in partnership with Westmoreland Transit and Westmoreland County, is conducting a Transit Development Plan (TDP) to look at options to improve transit service in the short and medium term, across the county—from New Kensington to Greensburg and from Monessen to Ligonier. The TDP will include strategies and recommendations for the future of public transportation within Westmoreland County. Public involvement is critical to ensure the plan meets the needs of all residents.
