WCIDC, Hempfield to work together to transform SCI Greensburg site

Al. Neyer affiliate finalizes purchase of 14.79 acres at Tech Park II

An affiliate of Al. Neyer LLC today finalized the purchase of Lot 16 in Westmoreland Technology Park II for $887,400. The developer plans to build a 150,000-SF flex industrial building that could support more than 150 jobs when at full occupancy.
