Effective January, 2014 all cases assigned to Judge McCormick will be transferred and assigned to Judge Feliciani. Judge McCormick’s schedule will be transferred to Judge Feliciani. The Prothonotary and Register of Wills offices will make this change to their automated systems. “CAF” will be the designation for Judge Feliciani.

Effective in January, all newly filed cases that would have been assigned to President Judge Caruso will be assigned on an alternative basis between Judge Marsili and Judge Feliciani. The Prothonotary and Register of Wills will designate Caruso/Marsili cases with “CAM” and will designate Caruso/Feliciani with “CCF.”

If any existing Judge Caruso cases require judicial attention, the Court Administrator’s office, Civil Division, will reassign the case to Judge Marsili (with a designation of CAM) or Judge Feliciani (with a designation of CCF).
