Westmoreland County now accepts Deeds through e-file (CSC, Simplifile)

As of July 6, 2023, our county will accept all document types through e-file (including Deeds, Right of Ways, Easements, Oil & Gas Leases)

Exceptions:

Documents with more than 10 Tax Map numbers or deeds with statement of values that have attachments will still have to be submitted by mail or in person.
