This virtual 3-hour training (approved for 3 credits) is intended for MD, DO, RN, PA-C, MSW, and SW. All other Healthcare Professionals will receive a certificate of attendance. Training will address:

  • Identifying physical, mental, and social health consequences of stimulant use and barriers to effective treatment for stimulant use.
  • Using screening, brief intervention, and referral to treatment to engage patients and connect them with appropriate recovery support.
  • Evidence-based treatment for stimulant use.
  • Comprehensive medical assessment as best practice.
