[EXPIRED] Red Sand Project 2022

Red Sand Project

Red Sand Project is an artwork installation created by the community through pouring red sand into pavement cracks. The grains of red sand represent the millions of men, women, and children who often fall through the cracks and are exploited daily for commercial sex or forced labor. This creates opportunities for people to questions, connect, and take action against human trafficking.

Follow the Westmoreland Human Trafficking Task Force on Facebook, Twitter, and  Instagram to see upcoming locations and dates!

If you are interested in having sand poured at your location, volunteering to pour sand, or for more information, contact [email protected] or 724-837-9549, ext. 171.
