Scott Electric signs five-year lease for 50K SF at Jeannette Industrial Park

The WCIDC today approved a five-year lease for Scott Electric Company to use 50,000+ SF of space in Jeannette Industrial Park. Not only is the park now at full occupancy, 99 percent of the WCIDC’s ~565,000 SF of leasable space is now under contract.
