May is mental Health Awareness Month and this training will be interactive where we will look at ways to improve your overall mental health through group discussions, activities and a lecture on coping skills in building a better "YOU".
By the end of the training participates will be able to:
- Learn triggers to help reduce stress and anxiety
- Find coping skills to improve overall mental health
- Learn the difference between pain and suffering when it comes to anxiety
- Building a positive toolbox
Target Audience: Mental Health Professionals, Counselors, Social Workers, LPC, Nurses, Schools, drop inn centers. Psych rehabs and anyone wanting to learn more about stress.
