Roechling to purchase last available lot at Technology Park I

Westmoreland Technology Park I

The WCIDC today approved a sales agreement with Roechling Industrial for the final available lot in Westmoreland Technology Park I. Roechling, which already has a presence in the park, plans two expansion phases.
