Al. Neyer affiliate signs option agreement for 14.79 acres at Technology Park II

Tech II Lot 16 - 2021

The WCIDC Board of Directors today approved an option sales agreement with an affiliated entity of developer Al. Neyer for 14.76 acres at Westmoreland Technology Park II. The developer plans to build a 150,000 SF flex industrial/warehouse facility.
