Training Goals:
- Increase staff understanding of categories of MA eligibility with focus on Health Horizons, Medical Assistance for Workers with Disabilities, children with disabilities, and spend-down.
- Increase staff understanding of MA application process & re-determination process.
- Acquire tips to help clients maintain MA coverage.
- Understand clients’ rights to appeal and to maintain MA eligibility.
