Winter Weather Updates

The US National Weather Service Pittsburgh, PA has issued a Winter Storm Watch for Westmoreland County starting at 1PM Sunday, January 16, 2022 until 1PM Monday, January 17, 2022. 

Threat Information: HEAVY SNOW - Snow accumulations of 3 to 9 inches possible, with locally higher amounts.

Additional Information: There remains high uncertainty with the exact storm track. This may shift the axis of highest snowfall. 

A Winter Storm WATCH means: There is potential for significant snow accumulations that may impact travel. Continue to monitor the latest forecasts.
