Direct Support Professional (DSP) - LTSR

Passavant Memorial Homes is currently seeking responsible, caring, and dedicated people to fill full-time Direct Support Professional positions in the Latrobe area for our Long-Term Structured Residence (LTSR).

PMH’s Long-Term Structured Residence (LTSR) Program provides a safe and therapeutic environment for individuals with behavioral health diagnoses where residents can learn the critical skills needed to increase personal independence and social integration into the community.

Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) play a crucial role in fulfilling the mission of Passavant Memorial Homes by providing assistance with daily activities such as preparing meals, administering medication, and providing transportation to work or community activities in order to promote independence. Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Passavant Memorial Homes is currently seeking a responsible, caring, and dedicated person to fill a full-time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) position. The LPN is responsible for performing clinical nursing skills for the Long-Term Structured Residence (LTSR). The position will report directly to the LTSR Director.

We are currently looking to fill a Dietary Cook position in Westmoreland County located in the city of Latrobe. Responsibilities include preparing meals as per weekly menus for the Long-Term Structured Residence (LTSR).
