Armstrong, Indiana, Butler, Lawrence, Washington and Westmoreland Counties are interested in receiving information from agencies that may be interested in providing Personal Care Home (PCH) services that would serve individuals in need of both personal care home and mental health services and supports. These Counties have identified a need to develop a Mental Health Enhanced PCH that would be designed to serve Medical Assistance eligible individuals who would benefit from additional psychiatric treatment and support services during their residency. 

If your agency would be interested in being consider for providing the PCH services within this project, please download and review the expectations and briefly respond to the RFI questions included.

Responses to this RFI must be received by 4:00 p.m. on December 20, 2021
