Learning Objective
Participants will be trained to understand the decision-making process under stress and how their physical, emotional, and cognitive response will affect their perception of reality. Ultimately this free seminar’s main goal is to teach participants how to mentally prepare themselves for their natural stress response when faced with a life-endangering situation.
- Survival Mindset: Participants will understand the need to develop and maintain a survival mindset.
- Decision-Making: Participants will understand the decision-making process and how their stress response will impact.
- Process Information: Participants will develop an understanding of how the brain processes information and how perception can be altered.
- Real World Scenarios: Participants will evaluate real world scenarios and discuss lessons learned and best practices.
