The Giving Tree Drop in center is located in Greenburg, Pa. The center provides peer support, self-help, and resources to promote independence and well-being for transition-age youth (age 16 and 17) and young adults (age 18-30) living with behavioral health diagnoses & social challenges. The center does not discriminate based on diagnosis and welcomes those with emotional and psychological diagnoses, intellectual and developmental disabilities, autism spectrum disorders, and mild sensory processing issues.
The goal of our center is to provide interactive and educational opportunities that help stimulate social interactions and self-confidence. We appreciate diversity and respect individual differences and encourage you to “come as you are.” The staff who work at the Giving Tree are trained in behavioral health approaches and interventions that promote recovery, resiliency and autonomy.
