Why Mental Health First Aid?

Mental Health First Aid teaches you how to identify, understand and respond to signs of mental illness and substance use disorders.

First Aiders must complete a 2-hour, self-paced online class, and then participate in a 5 hour, Instructor-led videoconference.

Six Training Opportunities

Adult MHFA: 4/23, 5/10, 6/15
Youth MHFA: 4/26, 5/18, 6/25

Time: 9:00 a.m. until 2:00 p.m.
