Effective Monday December 14, 2020 and until further notice, the Register of Wills office with be open by appointment only.  Please call 724-830-3177 to schedule an appointment.  

We also ask that only the people directly involved with the transaction be present for the appointment. Please do not bring family/guests with you. We have placed drop boxes outside of our office door and in the main lobby of the courthouse for your convenience as well. The boxes are checked on a regular basis and documents processed accordingly. Estate documents from 1990-present are also available online. Please contact the office with any questions.
