[ARCHIVED] Seeking Applications for Developing Older Adult Competent Clinicians


Southwest Behavioral Health Management is looking for experienced clinicians in Armstrong, Butler, Crawford, Indiana, Lawrence, Mercer, Venango, Washington, and Westmoreland Counties who are currently providing OUTPATIENT mental health or drug and alcohol services to the adult population to become Geriatric Competent Clinicians. These clinicians may be part of an Outpatient Clinic or Group/Independent Practice.

Geriatric Competent Clinicians will:

  • Complete the application process (see attached)
  • Attend/participate in ALL Webinars, submit evaluations for each Webinar, and successfully complete the exam at the conclusion of the Webinar training series. *Please note that the Webinars will be recorded for later viewing in the event of an unexpected occurrence that may preclude your participation in real time. Participants will be able to miss TWO live webinars over the course of the program.*
