Westmoreland County Mental Health Progress Planning Group, which is comprised of mental health and County Court System stakeholders, would like your opinion on the Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats to the current system of court and mental health resources working in conjunction with each other.
It is our goal to use the information we will gather from this survey to aid us in our planning.
The Mental Health Progress Planning Group has three (3) goals, which are:
- To improve the forensic mental health system, which includes the courts, probation, parole, and prison system. The system includes not only forensic systems improvements but also treatment options;
- To improve the civil commitment system; and,
- To improve the delivery of mental health services in general, as it affects forensics or civil court in any way.
Please offer your thoughts on the Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats in our current Mental Health/Court System from your own perspective and experiences. An Administrative Assistant from the County Behavioral Health office will compile your answers, which will be held confidential.
If you have any questions, please feel free to call Toni at (724) 830-3627 or Dirk Matson, Behavioral Health Administrator, at (724) 830-3629 or via email.
Take the Survey by 4:00 p.m. on October 2nd.
