The Domestic Relations Office operates on a restricted basis to public access.

Hearings to establish or modify support orders are being conducted by telephone and complaints for support and modification petitions can be filed online using E-services and if necessary, by telephone.

Appearing for DNA testing and Compliance hearings is mandatory.  The times for these appearances will be scheduled by this office.

Walk-in payments will be accepted on a limited basis, but you are encouraged to make payments directly by sending a check or money order made to PA SCDU to:

PO Box 69110, Harrisburg 17106.

Include PACSES Member ID or Social Security Number on check. No starter checks will be accepted. Payment can also be made by MasterCard/VISA/Discover via 1-800-955-2305.
