Per the Supreme Court’s Orders dated March 16, 2020 and April 1,2020, President Judge Hathaway has declared a Judicial Emergency in the Tenth Judicial District for the following period: March 17, 2020 to May 8, 2020.  The operation of Rule of Criminal Procedure 600 shall be suspended in the Tenth Judicial District during the period of the local judicial emergency.   The Declaration and Order of Court can be found on the Court’s webpage.
