Per the Supreme Court’s Orders dated March 16, 2020 and April 1, 2020, President Judge Hathaway has declared a Judicial Emergency in the Tenth Judicial District for the period of March 17, 2020 to May 8, 2020.  Previously scheduled criminal Court of Common Pleas cases for the week of May 4 - 8, 2020 are cancelled and will be rescheduled by Court Administration. This includes revocation hearings, formal arraignment, and expedited cases that had been scheduled for this period of time.
