Westmoreland County Children’s Bureau is an essential department that is predominately operating remotely. There are a limited number of employees on site maintaining operations.  Office is open to the public by appointment only.  

Referrals accepted by phone.  If you need to make a report of Child Abuse or Neglect, please contact the statewide hotline at 1-800-932-0313. If you need to reach your caseworker or another employee directly, you may contact our office at 724-830-3301.
