Upon order from the Pennsylvania Supreme Court, all courts in PA are to close with the exception of essential businesses.  Effective at 4:00pm today (March 19, 2020) until April 3rd, the Westmoreland Register of Wills/Clerk of the Orphans’ Court will be closed for all functions except Emergency Guardianship Petitions.  In this case, please contact 724-830-3177 or [email protected].
