Per Supreme Court’s Order dated March 16, 2020, President Judge Rita Donovan Hathaway has declared a judicial emergency in the Tenth Judicial District (Westmoreland County) for the period of March 17, 2020 to April 14, 2020.  The Operation of Rule of Criminal Procedures 600 shall be suspended in the Tenth Judicial District during the period of the local judicial emergency.
