[ARCHIVED] Solicitation for Letters of Interest

In anticipation of a possible future vacancy in a court master position, the Court of Common Pleas seeks Letters of Interest and Resumes of any Attorney with at least 2 years’ experience preferably in the practice of family, tax law, or estate planning. The incumbent negotiates and prepares consent orders/agreements, conducts evidentiary hearings, and composes findings, conclusions of law, and recommended orders in family court matters including equitable distribution, interim relief, spousal and child support, child custody, and other areas as directed.

The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal and legal research skills, knowledge of marital estate issues, familiarity with Microsoft Office software particularly WORD, and typing skills adequate to type documents as required. Current starting salary is $49,791.
