Wednesday, September 4th, 7-9pm - Women Veterans DEK Hockey Event in Bloomfield. Join Veterans Leadership Program, Comcast Internet Essentials, the Penguins Foundation, and Jocelyne and Monique Lamoureux of the USA Olympic Women's Ice Hockey team! RSVP required. Thursday, September 5th, 9:30am - Digital Literacy for Veterans event @ VLP - 2934 Smallman Street, 15201. First 30 veterans to RSVP for this event will receive a FREE "tech gift" RSVP to 412-481-8200.

Thursday, September 12th, 4:30-6pm - Westmoreland VA Town Hall @ Westmoreland County VA Outpatient Clinic - 5274 Route 30, Ste 10, Greensburg, PA 15601. Veterans, their families and the public are welcome to attend.

Wednesday, September 18th, 7-9pm - An Evening with Tim O’Brien @ the Heinz History Center - 1212 Smallman St.

 Pittsburgh, PA 15222. Known for his seminal work, “The Things They Carried,” O’Brien’s writing is best known for its fictional portrayals of the Vietnam War, heavily influenced by his own service during the conflict in the U.S. Army. Tickets to this program are $20 for general admission and $10 for veterans, active duty service members, students, and History Center members (ID required at check-in to receive the discounted rate). Monday, September 23rd, 10-11:30am - Pittsburgh VA Town Hall @ University Drive Campus. Veterans, their families and the public are welcome to attend. Front line employees, including experts from the Veterans Benefits Administration, will be available to offer on-the-spot assistance to individual questions and concerns.

Join us for a fly fishing excursion with Project Healing Waters!  Saturday, October 5, 2019, 9am-3pm - Project Healing Waters Fly Fishing Outing, Ambridge Sportsmen’s Club - 2900 Ridge Road Extension, Baden PA 15005.
