[ARCHIVED] Navy spouses may recoup licensing fees when PCSing

The Navy announced Sailors may be reimbursed up to 500 dollars for state licensure and certification costs of a spouse arising from relocation to another state due to a permanent change of station. For more information visit: https://www.navy.mil/submit/display.asp?story_id=110019

On January 29, 2019, the Pennsylvania Supreme Court’s Board of Law Examiners adopted a new rule that allows active duty military spouse attorneys who accompany their service members to the state to apply for a temporary license to practice law. The new rule goes into effect in July 2019.
