The Westmoreland County Industrial Development Corporation (WCIDC) Board of Directors, Gina Cerilli, Ted Kopas, and Charles W. Anderson, approved an option agreement with Al. Neyer, LLC, for approximately 13.39 acres located at Westmoreland Technology Park II in Hempfield Township.
Al. Neyer intends to purchase Lot 13 for the construction of an approximate 150,000 SF flex industrial/warehouse building. It is anticipated that 5% - 10% of the building will be utilized for office space and the balance being for warehousing and/or light manufacturing uses. The site will be designed to house more than 150 employees.
Technology Park II is strategically located at the transportation hub of the County, less than one mile from the U.S. Route 119 and the PA Turnpike in New Stanton, and offers a wide range of lots that can house warehouse, manufacturing and commercial tenants. The Park is also within close proximity to WCIDC’s Logistics Park, an active rail freight terminal.
