The Westmoreland County Industrial Development Corporation (WCIDC) Board of Directors, Gina Cerilli, Ted Kopas, and Charles W. Anderson, approved an option agreement with Al. Neyer, LLC, for approximately 13.39 acres located at Westmoreland Technology Park II in Hempfield Township.

Al. Neyer intends to purchase Lot 13 for the construction of an approximate 150,000 SF flex industrial/warehouse building.
