[ARCHIVED] Caring for a loved one at home?

Hands with a felt heart and question "Caregivers, who takes care of you?"

Caring for someone with a chronic condition is physically, emotionally, and financially draining. The Area Agency on Aging offers a 6-week class on self-care and empowerment, helping you take care of yourself while caring for others. Caregivers benefit from this class whether helping a parent, spouse, friend or someone who lives at home, in a nursing home, or across the country. Class size limited. Deadline to register is July 26, 2019. Classes held Thursdays, starting August 1- September 5, 2019. Learn more:
