[ARCHIVED] New lawsuit seeks VA compensation for veterans' unpaid emergency room costs

ASHINGTON — Hundreds of thousands of veterans could be eligible for sizeable reimbursements of unpaid medical bills if a new class-action lawsuit against the Department of Veterans Affairs is successful.
