Notice is hereby given that the County of Westmoreland is proposing amendments to its Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Program.

The County proposes amendments to the following FY 2016 CDBG activities:

Westmoreland County Mammoth Park Removal of Architectural Barriers,

+$125,929.26 (new activity)

The County proposes amendments to the following FY 2017 CDBG activities:

Hempfield Township Removal of Architectural Barriers, -$42,633.22 (budget decrease)

Rostraver Township Stormwater Facilities, -$235,000.00 (activity canceled)

Trafford Borough Removal of Architectural Barriers, -$30,800.00 (budget decrease)

Copies of the proposed amendment are available for public inspection at the Westmoreland County Department of Planning and Development, Fifth Floor, 40 N. Pennsylvania Avenue, Greensburg, PA 15601 from 8:00 A.M.to 4:00 P.M. Monday through Friday. On November 15, 2018, the County Commissioners will consider the proposed amendment for adoption at their regular public meeting at 10:00 A.M. in the Commissioners Meeting Rooms, First Floor, County Courthouse Annex, Greensburg, PA.
