The Westmoreland County Industrial Development Corporation’s (WCIDC) Board of Directors, Gina Cerilli, Ted Kopas, and Charles W. Anderson, announced today the closing of Lot 7, totaling 3.3 acres, in Jeannette Industrial Park.

The purchaser, William P. Pecora, President of Excel Glass, Inc., intends to build a 32,000-square-foot warehouse facility on the parcel. Currently, construction efforts are underway on a 3,500-square-foot addition on Excel Glass’ existing Granite Division facility at the park.
