Congratulations to Arielle Teppert, from Latrobe, whom was the recipient of the National American Miss Pennsylvania Preteen 2018

Her service project focused on providing foster children with back to school items.  On behalf of Westmoreland County Children’s Bureau, we would like to thank Arielle for her generous donation of six large boxes of school supplies that will benefit many children in need.
