[ARCHIVED] GO Westmoreland Fare Increasing Sept. 1st

The Westmoreland County Transit Authority’s (WCTA) door-to-door transportation service, GO Westmoreland will increase fares effective September 1, 2018. The WCTA explored several options in an effort to cover increasing operating costs. The WCTA did not want to cut service or limit the number of trips. The increase was kept to a minimum on shorter distance trips. The WCTA Board of Directors and PennDOT have approved the fare increase.

The brochure details the fare increase by program. Please help the WCTA in distributing the attached information. Printed brochures will be on all GO Westmoreland vehicles and available at the Transit Center, 41 Bell Way, Greensburg, PA 15601.
