ALL WESTMORELAND COUNTY STAFF IS ELIGIBLE FOR THIS PROGRAM WITH THE EXCEPTION OF:

• Managers and individuals with involvement in the hiring process.
• Employees who work within the Human Resources Department.
• Current contingent and temporary employees.
• Executive Level Positions & Elected Officials
• Commissioners and their Staff

REFERRAL ELIGIBILITY:

• All referrals must be submitted through the Manor Human Resources department accompanied by the Employer Referral Form and
  Employment Application.
• Referred candidates must meet the minimum requirements for the position they are applying for.
• Candidates currently engaged in the recruitment process, former employees, and those offered a position within the last (2) months
  are not eligible.
