Westmoreland Local  Rule of Judicial Administration, WJ 511. Filing Documents to Conform to Public Access Policy, has been adopted effective January 8, 2018.  The revised judicial administration section of the local rules can be found on the county website along with a revised complete set of the local rules for viewing and printing  purposes.
