Someone posing as a court official is making phone calls claiming to be from District Court 10-3-01 in an attempt to fraudulently receive payments from unsuspecting individuals. The person is also leaving a telephone number (724-217-8207) for the court. Neither the individual or the telephone number belong to the District Court. Anyone receiving a similar communication should immediately report it to the Westmoreland County District Attorney’s Office at 724-830-3949.
