[ARCHIVED] State committee would study rising maternal mortality rate in Pennsylvania

In response to a rising call across the country to reverse a stunning increase in the nation’s maternal mortality rate over the last two decades, the PA House unanimously approved a bill to create a panel that would better study pregnancy-related deaths.
