Visit The PA Veterans’ Memorial At Indiantown Gap Memorial Cemetery This Summer:
Be sure to plan a trip to the Pennsylvania Veterans’ Memorial at Indiantown Gap National Cemetery this summer! The memorial is the largest veterans’ memorial located in any of the 133 national cemeteries operated by the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs. Scholarship Aid Available For Disabled Veterans:

Sisters Look To Collect Water For Homeless Vets:
Three sisters from Green Township, PA (Franklin County) in partnership with the Sussex County Division of "Operation Chillout" (a non-profit organization dedicated to helping homeless veterans in New Jersey and northeast Pennsylvania), are asking the community for help in collecting bottled water for local homeless veterans by Aug. 12, 2017. VA Caregiver Support Program Resumes Full Operations:
The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) announced it is resuming full operations of the Program of Comprehensive Assistance for Family Caregivers. The resumption follows an April 17 decision to temporarily suspend certain clinical revocations from the program to conduct a strategic review aimed at strengthening the program. Read more.

The Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection (DEP) has an opening for qualified candidates for a blasting and explosives inspector position in the Pottsville District mining office.
