Dirk Matson, Human Services Coordinator for Westmoreland County, will present details of the Human Services Block Grant, voted into law in 2012, and input will be sought from stakeholders and citizens of Westmoreland County. Subsequent written comments, for the HS Block Grant will be accepted by the public through, June 1, 2017, at 2 North Main Street, Suite 108A, Greensburg, PA 15601.
