Westmoreland DPS is participating in the Great Northeast ShAkEoUt again for 2016. A communication exercise is scheduled in conjunction with the ShAkEoUt on Thursday, October 20, 2016. We have set a goal to communicate with the largest number of Westmoreland County Local Emergency Management Coordinators (LEMC)and Emergency Service Function (ESF) positions, in as many ways as possible.

SCOPE:
The exercise will span 12 hours (0900-2100) to confirm communication with each and every municipality through whatever means possible.
