CASA (Court Appointed Special Advocate) provides advocacy to abused and neglected children in Westmoreland County. CASA of Westmoreland's volunteer advocates assist the courts to ensure a child's placement in a safe, permanent and nurturing home. The CASA volunteer's work in a child's life can be enough to break the cycle of violence and neglect, not just for that one child, but for generations to come.
