The Westmoreland Heritage Trail Chapter of the RTC is hosting an informal event at the Rivertowne Brewery in Export to celebrate the acquisition of 9.2 miles of the Turtle Creek Industrial Railroad Corridor to add additional recreational trail for walkers, runners and cyclists connecting the communities of Export, Murrysville, Monroeville, Penn Township, and Trafford.

Festivities begin at 7:00pm on Thursday, December 10; There will be a cash bar and light snacks provided. Come and celebrate this long awaited acquisition, learn about the future work plans needed to complete the trail, and meet fellow trail enthusiasts.
